Mann Library, Cornell Cooperative Extension-Tompkins County, and the Cornell Small Farms program would like to extend many thanks to the participants of the 3rd annual Local Food, Fiber and Energy Fair which took place on November 17th, 2011 in the Mann Lobby. The Fair saw a record turn-out of visitors, who enjoyed a rich sampling of the Finger Lakes produce and products along with a diverse display of outreach and educational programs in support of thriving local economies, healthy community nutrition, and sustainable use of renewable local energy sources.
Next year’s Local Fair is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, November 15, 2012. Please check back for further updates over the coming year. Thank you!
